Tasting Notes This recipe uses the same hop profile as Shaftebury Breweries for a well rounded, but not overpowering hop character.

Secondary Fermentation 2 Weeks Plastic at 68
Other Fermentation Bottle Condition for 2-3 Weeks at 68-70
Procedure Steeped Grains at 155 for 30 mins in 2 Quarts of water, rinsed grains with 2 quarts of 170 degree water. For boil mix Cascade and Willamette hops, add 75% for 60 mins, add 25% for finishing.
