Tasting Notes A beautiful lager, not too harsh, could do with 2.25 oz's at 60 mins, to make it a bit more bitter for my taste...OK for the misses! Notes: Hops in beersmith are 26 ibu's ????

Yeast Saflager S-23 (84% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation 3 weeks at 12c

Procedure Filter with carbon block. Soft water and lacic acid(hlt) for those who have hard water. Single mash at 66c for 75 mins, boil for 60 mins and add irish moss in the 15 mins of boil.
