Recipe Details
Tasting Notes If you like Beck's you should brew this! You can NOT taste its made from wheat! There is a bit of a acetaldehyde smell, but i could not detect in the taste. I have alway used S-23 saflager yeast, but you use a wyeast, a Carlsberg strain.

Procedure Mash on the high-side 68c for 90 mins. Boil for 60 mins. Use irish moss.
