Primary Fermentation glass 7 days
Secondary Fermentation glass 14 days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Steep grains in two gallons for 30 minutes at 160 F. Add to 4.5 gallons to boil for 60 minutes. Add 1 oz hops for 60, .5 for 15 and .5 in secondary. Bottle after 14 days in secondary.
