A light, wheat beer with lemon zest, honey and a nice alcohol kick. I have created 8 separate batches of this beer and it has been "perfected".

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes This beer was created for my wife to eat crabs with. It is a very, flavorful light brew that goes great in the summer (or any other time). The honey creates the smoothness and gives it a nice subtle alcohol kick.
Awards I have converted several (non-beer drinking) women to beer drinkers with this beer.
Boil Volume 6.00 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast Wyeast American Wheat (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass 2-3 weeks
Other Fermentation
Procedure Zest of 3 lemons is boiled for the whole 60 minutes. In addition, the 1 1/2 lbs honey is boiled for 60 minutes.
