Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Light body, easy to drink, but has a lot of character. Fairly balanced, if you're a hophead, then dry hop some ekg and challeger. Maris otter is the base malt. NOTE, hops used are all FWH'd. Calc'd ( beertools ) they come to 28 IBU's, which to my taste is about right ( i brew a lot of beers at this gravity and IBU's ).
