Tasting Notes Has a very nice clean flavor. This is due to the cranberry concentrate

Procedure Used Muntons wheat malt extract. For the cranberry I used 100% cranberry concentrate (bought from a wine home brew store). This gives it a clean crisp flavor. Make sure to use a 6.5 gal. carboy for the second fermentor or you will blow foam from the concentrate. I added the gypsum and chalk because my water is from a lake and there is almost no minerals in it. I added then after steeping. Not to sure why I added the Irish Moss, I think this was more out of habit then anything. Fermented at around 65F for both primary and secondary. OG was 1.049, FG was 1.013 and ABV was 4.7%.
