Description
This is a pale ale with wheat. Its a partial mash for the specialty grains and the wheat. I used 55l crystal, because i couldnt get 20l.

Procedure Mash specialties for 30 mins at 155F. Toss out grain bags, add an additional gallon of hot water. (initial would be around 1 gallon for the grains) Add extracts and bittering hops. Boil for 50 mins then add the aroma hops. Cool to 75-78 and add to fermenter, pitch yeast.
