Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Sweet,carmely up to the bitterness. That comes in and stays after youve swallowed. Just makes you want to take another sip. Malty tones come through.

Boil Volume 2.50 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast Wyeast 1275 Thames Valley (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Between 3 to 10 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass Carboy 10 days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Steep your crystal malt up to the bpil. Turn off heat remove grains. Bring water up to a boil. Turn off add malt extracts. Mix threw , Bring back to full boil. Add first hops. Boil for 40 minutes. Add Flavour hops boil for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and add Aroma. Cool and add to fermenter.
