Tasting Notes A superb tasting cream ale with a just a bit more hop flavor than some, but the corn is still the star of this show. Fans of this style will enjoy this recipe.

Procedure Corn- 4 cans unsalted. Make sure the only ingredients listed are corn and water. Boil all of the corn for at least 20 minutes and then puree in blender. Add to mash tun. Mash at 150F for 60 min. First wort hops (FWH) are removed pre-boil (around 180F) Lagering is a must for the Kolsch yeast. 1056 could be used in substitution if lagering is not an option, but I highly recommend the Kolsch.
