04B. Bitter And English Pale Ale, Special or Best Bitter
Description
The epitome of a fine English session beer. If I had to do it again, I'd move the last Goldings addition from 20 minutes to 5 before the end of boil. Nonetheless, a fine representation of a true Bitter and a perfect accompaniment to simple social activities.
