Description
I made this Pale for my hop head father, and it won an award. I let him name it and now it is known around these parts as the Bushman Brew. Don't worry it's not named after the "Commander in Chief".

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Not as bitter as I thought it would be. Surprisingly balanced. One guy at my homebrew club requested drinking the yeast from any bottle we opened due to the hoppiness that it had.

Boil Volume 6.50 gallons
Boil Time 60 minutes
Batch Size 5.00 gallons
Yeast American Ale Yeast, Wyeast 1056 (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Glass, 6 days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 14 Days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Mashed grains at 151F for 45 minutes. Used mostly organic ingredients and I feel that Briess organic is the best Extract on the market. Enjoy!
