Smooth drinking APA - my first try at building a brew from the ground up.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Very smooth drinking with lingering hops bite. Not as bitter as the IBU seems to suggest. Hops and Citrus aroma. I relaxed and had a home-brew - and it totally worked.

Primary Fermentation Plastic, 5 Days
Secondary Fermentation Glass, 12 Days

Procedure Dry Hopped Secondary Fermentation, racked over to tertiary (Glass Carboy) for 2 days - then bottle. Condition for 14 days. Enjoy.
