Procedure steep grains 25 minutes at 155 F. Bring to boil, add DME. Add Kent Goldings after 20 minutes and Fuggle after 10 min. At flame out chill wort to 70F, strain to bucket, transfer to fermentor and pitch yeast (sprinkle over the surface).
