Procedure Steep grains at 152F for 30 minutes. Sparge with water at 165F. Add DME and bring to boil. Add Galena hops. After 30 min, add Cascade hops. After 45 min, add whirflock tablet. After 55 min, add Tettnanger hops. Flame out at 60 min, chill wort to 70F. Transfer to bucket through strainer, then to fermentor. Pitch yeast by adding directly to wort.
