Procedure Bring 2.5 gallons of water to 155 deg F, steep grains for 30 minutes keeping temperature around 150 F. Sparge grains with ~ 0.5 gallon 150 F water. Add DME and LME, bring to boil. Add 1 oz Hallertauer hops (pellet). After 45 minutes, add 1/4 tsp Irish Moss. After 50 minutes, add 0.25 oz Tettnanger hops. At 60 minutes, flame out.
