Recipe Details
Tasting Notes Tastes great...less filling. This is my attempt at a Miller Lite clone with a little creative twist using ale yeast and a variety of hops for a touch more flavor. Goes down easy, clean finish.

Procedure Bring 2.5 gallons of water to a boil. Add LME and boiling hops. At 40 minutes, add DME, rice syrup solids, and corn sugar. At 45 minutes, add aroma hops. Flame out at 55 minutes.
