Procedure Heat 2.5 gallons of water to 160 deg F. Steep grains for 30 minutes at 150-160 deg F. Sparge grains with 1 liter of water at 160 deg F. Add LME and DME and bring to boil. Add 2 oz fuggle hops. After 40 min add 0.5 oz fuggle hops. After 45 min, add whirfloc tablet. After 50 min, add 0.5 oz Tettnanger hops. At 55 min, add 0.2 oz Liberty hops and 0.25 tsp Irish Moss. At 60 min, flame out and steep 6 oz coarsely ground pinon coffee (Rio Grande or Pinon brand) for 20 min. Chill wort, strain, and transfer to fermenter. Top up volume with fresh water to achieve OG of approximately 1.055 @ 68 deg F. Pitch yeast. Fermentation should begin in 12-24 hours.
