Description
A Light,Nearly Yellow beer with Body and Flavor. I nice White Foamy Head. SRM is really about 4 or 5. Light in color and light on hopps for my yellow beer drinking friends, but fresh, bodied and real! A "Girl Beer"

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes First try was a little sweet, had used a full pound if Crystal 10L.. Modified to 1/4 Crystal.

Yeast Britsh Ale II Wyeast (75% app. attenuation)
Primary Fermentation Bucket 7 days
Secondary Fermentation Carboy For 7 days.. better at 10 days
Other Fermentation
Procedure Take 2 galons water to 150 and steep grains for 30 minutes, Rinse with a gallon 170 degree water. Add Extract and honey, bring to boil and add hopps to schedule.
