A lightly hopped blueberry wheat. Crisp and very good in warm weather.

Recipe Details
Tasting Notes I used the WLP001 to avoid the esters, typical in wheat beers. I didn't want to mask or cover the subtle addition of blueberry. I bottled 12 (12oz) bottles w/o the extract...both are nice and refreshing.

Procedure - Steep crushed wheat at 150°F for 30 min. - Boil extract and Cascade for 60 min. - Add Hallertau for final 15 min of boil. - Bottle with 1c priming sugar and 2 oz. Blueberry extract.
