Just finished bottling my first cider. I drank from the hydrometer, and it was good. Can't imagine how it will be a couple of weeks from now.
Started another cider monday, used cran-apple juice and sweet mead yeast. I think i'll let this one sit for longer then the last one.
Also started hard lemonade on the same day. |

The wait is over, my first brew is done and in the fridge. I noticed when I was putting them in the fridge their was only a small amount of sediment in them. I guess I was expecting alot, but their is not even a layer on the bottom of the bottle. |

Bottled my first brew thursday, kind of messy, but I think it went well for a first time. Still have about a month till I can bottle my cider, real bummer. Decided to start over on the lemonade and ordered the ingredients. All of this waiting is killing me. |

Just finished transfering my cider to my secondary, taste delicious. Took the left over yeast and added five gallons of lemonade, so i'll have to wait and see how that works out. |
