Just finished cleaning up... brewed a beer from just what I had left lying around, roughly based on a ESB (Notes from Designing Great Beers) It will be beer, so I know it will taste good. #9 @ 2 Row #1.5 Crystal 40 #1 Sugar 0.8 Cascade 60 0.7 N.
