Brewed a Cali. Common this weekend. Hit gravities (OG 1.052), and volumes head on. 6 gallon fermenting away in 60F temp. used Wyeast 2112 yeast. Tried a Durst Pilsner 2-row for base malt. Northern Brewer and Cascade hops. A protien rest @ 126F for 30 min.,and a sacch. rest @ 153F for 60min. |
