Karl- You are looking at some pretty serious bitterness here - ProMash calculates 62 IBU's !! Style guidelines for APA are between 20-40 IBU's.... I don't think an APA has enough going on to handle that kind of a hopping schedule.... |

Oh, I just thought you were being a Monday morning slacker - I didn't realize it was so bad out there. We just got a dusting of 1/2 inch or so which has pretty much gone away already.... Thanks again for the Open House invite over the weekend - that Alt and Dunkelweizen were definately worth the trip!! |
