Z- Without being there to take a sniff of my own, it's hard to say.... with the strong aroma of yeast, alcohol and such, I'm not surprised that you percieve it as being pretty sweet. Really, I wouldn't worry about any of this for one nanosecond - sounds like you are in good shape. It's a Wee Heavy, so it's *supposed* to be a tad sweet, at least until it's aged out a bit. Give it a week or two in secondary (no need to rush these things) then bottle it up. My first WH didn't come into its' own for about a year.... --/\/\-- |
