| I just racked my roasted Porter to the secondary. The gravity was already right down where it should be for bottling. There are a few bubbles coming.. but I think it will be ready for the bottles in 4-5 days. I had a quick sample and boy, if you like roasty toasty goodness this is the recipe for you! Its supposed to be a Honey Roasted Porter but I was a bit shy with the Honey... although if you really think about it you can taste it in the background. We'll see what happens in the bottle. This is my first brew in a long time and with my own equipment. So far so good! Its like riding a bike. | |
