Picked up my equipment again after about a 6 month hiatus. (I have a six month old and a 2 year old, dust settling from a new job, etc.) Brewed a 10 gal batch of amber Memorial Day weekend, a 5 gal batch of Denny's RyePA the next week, and I'll be brewing a 10 gal batch of Denny's Cream Swill this weekend. Haven't had as much time to check the forum until lately. I'm anxiously anticipating having a few more kegs on tap in the near future. All I've got in the kegerator right now is a batch of cider from last fall. (My last keg of RyePA went waaayy too fast). It feels great to be brewing again. I look forward to brewing every few weeks this summer. |

It's a girl!
Looks like I'll be hanging up the brewing equipment for a bit - my wife delivered our second daughter late Sunday night. The closest I'll be getting to my brew stuff until after Christmas is a spray bottle of iodophor for baby bottles and the like. (That doesn't mean I can't drink what's on tap though...) |

Been busy lately with some landscaping and construction going on in our house, but I eeked out time to make Denny's Rye IPA about a week and a half ago. It's about time to transfer it to secondary. I also just got my three tap tree for my kegerator yesterday - quite excited about that. Part of the construction that's going on is a room I've framed out in my garage that will serve as 1)my bar and 2)storage for all my brewing equipment. Can't wait to get it up and running! |

Sorry to hear about Milo, Denny. It's never any fun to lose a friend. I'll be brewing up an alt two batches from now, so I'll use your recipe and dedicate it to Milo. |
