DConn- ya, basically  Thought I'd try something. I get it in one oz packages, and I can't save it if I don't use it all. I read somewhere (I think, maybe I'm making things up again) that DFH spreads its hop additions out like this, and gets a mellow, smooth bitterness from it. Plus, my IPA has a single centennial addition at 60, and I didn't want this to be as bitter. And it aint! |
