I ended up dry hopping that alt bier with the glacier hops and the beer turned out tasting like no beer that i have ever tasted, medium hop aroma, sharp hop bite at the begining quickly mellowing to an almost cream flavor, the only bad part is that the malt profile is too pronounced i think another 4 oz of glacier in the boil would take care of this nicely, great head retention! |

I think i will do a pale ale with cascades. my lbh recommended that i dont do an ipa cause of the low bitterness in the glacier. |
