| Does any one know about culturing yeast from Rogue Brutal Bitter. I've see older info on rogue yeast and Brutal wasn't one of the beers on the list to get it from. I recently got a six pack of brutal and it was evident that there was yeast in it. I cultured it up and pitched it for my IPA. Fermenting in less than 24 and the strongest I have seen, not worried but just wondering if anyone knows if this is the primary pacman strain? I assume it is. | |
