Last night after work I brewed another Belgian Tripple. Its supposed to come out similar to Corsendonk Pale Ale. It was my first time using corriander seeds, bitter and sweet orange peel. I racked it on top of a Wyeast 1214 yeast cake from a prior batch. The airlock had pressure in about an hour and 2 hours later it was bubbling nicely. I dont have a blow off tube, so I guess Im gonna have to keep a good eye on it. Going to the Weyerbaucher brewery (Easton P.A.)this afternoon for a brewery tour
Should prove to be interesting. |
