Follow on from the journal entry dated Feb 21st 2007. This has proven to be a rather enjoyable draught. According to SUDS the SRM is 17.5 with IBU of 28.9 and ABV at 3.9% for a five Imperial gallon brew. Extraction was around 71%. A delightful medium chestnut colour, medium mouthfeel and well matched bitterness together with a lovely hop flavour to finish. |
