Just kegged two beers that have been long overdue: Irish Red Ale (4.6%) and a Dopplebock (7.6%). I force carbed but am letting them sit on pressure now. I haven't tasted them carbed. But the DBock... Oh... my... god! It's got this caramel-malty slightly toasty thing going on. This is definitely an award winner! Time to go cleanup the brewery... |
