Thanks Eric. Last weekend I purged my old hops and got rid of some of grain, too. Then I looked at what's coming up and re-stocked for the next 7 beers. The order came today and I re-inventoried. 41 oz of hops and 389 lbs of grain. Hey- if you're not going to do it to excess, ya might as well not do it at all!  |
