I brewed a Wadworth's 6x Amount Item Type % or IBU (5 imp gals or 6 us gals) 7 lbs Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain 91.4 % 5.0 oz Crystal malt (71.1 SRM) Grain 4.1 % 1.30 oz Fuggles [6.50%] (60 min) Hops 26.1 IBU 0.30 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops - 3.5 oz Brown Sugar, Dark (50.0 SRM) Sugar 2.9 % 2.0 oz Brown Sugar, Dark (50.0 SRM) Sugar 1.6 % 1 Pkgs British ale yeast (English #British) Yeast-Ale Looking at my fermenting brew, i think it going to be to light in colour, as i have explained there are many different type of cane sugar, next time i shall use Dark Muscovado cane sugar or Molasses cane sugar.
