Looking at my fermenting brew, i think it going to be to light in colour, as i have explained there are many different type of cane sugar, next time i shall use Dark Muscovado cane sugar or Molasses cane sugar.

I have never wrote a journal before, so this is most probley a bit different! I have learnt alot, since i joined the tastybrew forum in every respect. I was bang out of order, when i first started posting, but i must admit i was put into my place. There are a few brewers that stick out, of course one is Denny, which i think is very experienced and should write a book, something like...Brewing on the Edge, by- Denny Conn. Bryan Peretto also sticks out and is always there to answer questions. McGie has a life time experience of brewing, so what can you say! Shawn(pooper)has been brewing a vast number of years and is a very good friend of mine. Last but not least, Rob Hudson who makes tastybrew possible.

Back to brewing, my Geale's real ale is excellent and i think i could sell it commercially, as i intend to start a micro-brewery within the next 2 years.

I must stress anyone reading this journal, who has very little experience of brewing, the above brewers will be glad to help you. Because we are not all the same.
