Nice find. Ya, Offer $500. It's worth 6. I wouldn't pay 7.

Yup, it's probably worth 6, but it will make better beer if it's only $500 or $550.

I think $500 is giving the seller about a $200 gift.

I think it depends on how much you can build yourself. If you aren't handy and plan on buying everything, it's a pretty good deal.

most kegs I see out here are 80-100 a piece un modified... thats 160 there , 50 for the fermentors (used) 75 for the propane(used ) 80 for the burner (used) IC 60, misc stuff 50-60 thats 485 by a rough estimate I still say its a good deal..buying it all new would run 700-800

mash tun is at least 40, plus the ball valve and manifold. At least $50 total if not more.
I think you're a bit low on the keggles since they are cut, have ball valves, pick up tubes, etc.. I'd go 200 for both. (they'd be $200 ea at my LHBS)
So that already bumps your estimate to $550.
Just the labor savings of making stuff and going back and forth to lowesdepot etc...

awesome find, I'd think about making an offer myself if I had $5-700 I could spend without having my wife kill me. Although it would be a 3hr drive and 3 more back still worth it to get it all at once.

You guys all missed that this is a package deal, and it includes "Muslim bags." I'm sure all you ground-zero-mosque-hating types wouldn't want to be saddled with something like that!

AND SHUNNING geocool... This is the BEER forum, so if people don't want to talk about that stuff they don't go the the other forum.
Anyways, for those of you near the Baltimore area, found a guy selling whole hops 1lb/$20, only sells in 1lb bags though. But 1.25 per oz isn't bad at all. he sells Cascade, Chinook, Nugget, and Saaz.

Also found a guy selling a corny keg for $40, not sure if that's a good deal or not and I don't have a fridge that'll fit one anyways.

I thought it was funny quip. There's such a thing as too PC.
Nice setup. I'd probably ditch the immersion chiller and get a plate chiller pretty quickly, and start looking around for old soda kegs and a kegerator--a 10 gallon batch is a lot of bottles to fill. I'd pay no more than $500.

There is another setup on craigslist in Port Angles:

I found this by googling craiglist homebrew then selected search tools 24 hours.
