I've had my IPA in the secondary dry hopping for over 7 days and it was in the primary for 8 before that.
My beer still has organic particals suspended in the beer.
How long will it take to clear?

time, cold crashing and gelatin, I let my beer set for a month 2 week fermenting 2 weeks in the cold,
did you DH with leaf or pellets?

15 days? I've never had anything clear in that time, especially if I dry hopped it. Patience! Time and cold will definitely help.

I always let my IPA's dry hop for 14 days.. If I am in a hurry I will Tertiary it to help it clear off the dry hop... But I do not do that often...
