Decided to brwew last night at 11PM... No recipe idea, no water measured nothing just a hey I'm stuck waiting on the delivery anyhow... so this AM I decided on a sample recipe from BeerSmith...
I modded it based on my tastes and available malts I have on hand.... Pasting this reminds me I need to start adjusting for my normal efficiency values.. Either way style efficiency srm who the f#ck cares it's gonna be a TastyBrew anyhow... Mashed in about to heat sparge water...

looks great, But "Liberty" with out Liberty hops????

Also I'm not sure I'd use cascade for bittering hops, I'd probably use something cheaper. No point wasting hops with good aroma/flavoring properties on that.

I didn't name it... really it was a BeerSmith sample recipe...
Cascades are good anytime... I have plenty here. That's my most bountiful hop bine so it's not that expensive.
Besides using them for FWH gives both bittering AND flavor...
