I recevied 6 ziplock (the large freezer kid) bags full of fresh hops. They are starting to turn a tad brown. What is the best way to store them? I'll either use them to dry hop a beer in 2 weeks that's already fermenting, or I'll be brewing again in 3-4 weeks. Freeze them? Let them dry out?
