It was more the attitudes that were created due to discussions on PUI. And BTW, it's great to see your postings on the AHA forum. You really had a lot of valuable advice in the walk in thread! But since this whole discussion isn't beer related, it would be best to end it. You or Danno are free to email me if you'd like to discuss things.

Good Riddance. For the same reasons Denny mentioned... The attitudes some people had were one thing, but then when those attitudes were personally applied to others on the forum in a demeaning way just because of a difference in religious or political beliefs...that's when it goes over the top and becomes no good.

This is a beer brewing forum, and one of the better forums as well. I can't count how much advice I've received, or how many times I've used the tools section. I'm glad to see people return to normal and get back to doing what we all love to do..talk about brewing beer, brewing beer, and drinking said homebrewed beer. And none of the other B.S....

Sorry to see it go. I never entered into the PUI talks (A wise man once told me not to discuss politics or religion) but they were always entertaining.

TB WAS fun, but not anymore. I prefer a place where I can converse on brewing as well as non-brewing related convos. There are honestly much better recipe sites and brewcalcs type sites out there, I mainly enjoyed the convo's (the ones that were debate style but didnt involve personal attacks or profanity) and the friends I made here.

I hate to see you leave Darth, but I completely understand. Home brewing is a hobby and it should be fun to discuss it with your brew buddies. Because of 1 or 2 "elites" we all have to suffer.

This place is best with Denny and some of the other old timers and less PUI. Even though some of the classic PUI were awesome, the noise level just got too much to bare. Seems like its calmed down a bit now though. Yippy.

I can't tell any difference whatsoever, except that overall, it's not as fun as it used to be.

Is humor not considered politically correct anymore?
