Here it is, brewing this today. Now the question is, 60 or 90 min boil?
5 lb Maris Otter
5 lb Pale Ale Malt (US)
1 lb Caramel Munich 60L
.5 lb Carapils Malt
60 min - 1 oz Williamette
30 min - 1 oz Tettnang
15 min - .50 oz Williamette
15 min - .50 oz Tettnang
Flame Out - 1.50 oz Williamette
Flame Out - 1.50 oz Tettnang
15 min - .5 oz Irish Moss
Let me know what you guys think.

Looks good, though I've never used Tettnang. I'd say you don't really need to go past 60 minutes for the boil.

Thanks! I like Tettnang's flavor, so I thought I would try the mixture of the Williamette with it.

Anyone else have any critique? What about the 60 min or 90 min boil? Mashing out right now, and I will post the Pre-boil gravity soon. If you have any comments, now's the time to make 'em.

I think it turns out better on a 90 Minute Boil..
You get more Flavors going and a bit more Bitterness as well.
Helps mold it into a great peice of Art
Also I would leave the Cara-Pils Malt out.
It really has no place in an English Bitter, IMHO...
The Pale Ale Malt should be what gives your full head retention and Glass Lacing.

Your welcome
I also want to add, That it helps to keep your Mash down to at Max 1.33 QT's/LB Ratio.
I would also drop those 15 Minute Editions, there not necessary.
90, 30, and at Flame out will give you everything you need.
You will still get Flavor out of the Hops at the 30 addition.
15 Minutes are just over kill and could possibly affect your Middle Bitterness perception.

Went with the 60 min boil.. The great thing about homebrewing; I can try it the other way next time!
Also, just as an FYI... Pre-boil was 1.048. OG was 1.057.
Decanted and pitched a 2qt starter of WPL001. Oxygenated with a .5 micron stone and a tank of oxygen for 1.5 min. Vigorous fermentation starting within two hours.
Thanks for the advice all, I will take it into account.

I know, I know.. WPL001 isn't usually a bitter yeast, but I have heard good things from other people who have used it for bitters!
