I am brewing a Shark's Tooth Pacific Pale Ale today and the HLT was "flame on" even before my coffee was brewed. I tried a new beer geek move today - I added a little sweet runoff to my coffee. Oh my, is that good!

Lucky man. 1882 brewery is shut down until early april. Hopefully that batch will be kegged.
