Ingredients:
3 lbs liquid wheat extract
one tsp yeast nutrient
Lalvin #EC-1118 Champagne Wine Yeast
by the way this is a one gallon batch
I was thinking if Lalvin takes the gravity too far down add one lb of light liquid extract. I don't mind if it ends up with higher abv.
Thoughts? Past experiences? All criticism appreciated.
