I want to brew a summer ale soon and I am lost for what hops to use. I am open to any sugestions. The grains I plan on using are:
7lbs pale ale malt
1lbs of light munich
1lbs of malted wheat
1lbs of unrefind sugar to make it a little dryer

I would say it really depends on the preference you have, but I would possibly go with some Saaz, or Galena. For a summer brew I would think you want more of a hop flavor/aroma rather than bitterness.

Styrian Goldings work really nice in a Summer Ale as well.

Poopers all wrong...
do it my way!!
there are so many possible combinations... if you are meaning a light easy drinking ale then avoid high AA and focus the aroma hops such as
Goldings, Willamette, Liberty, Mt Hood etc.

I just did a light summer type ale. I used Sorachi Ace and Liberty. First time using both so we'll see how it turns out. Should be bottling today.
