I'm fine, sorry for taking so long to respond.

Bud, I always mash in at around 155 and this beer is no exception. Good luck and once you let it age a couple of weeks, drink it up, as I think it's much better young.

Any suggested Dry Hopping for this beer?

You can, but I never have. To me, Columbus has a lot aroma from just the normal additions. If I dry hopped, I'd probably use the same hops.

I do FWH though.

Cool been meaning to ask that the last few weeks.... I'll probably keg that tonight... it's Day 12 and near ZERO airlock activity in 5 days....

A couple/three of weeks in the keg and you'll be good to go. Have you sampled it yet?

heck no.... no sampling until it is carbed.... My stash has dwindled to some sCider and the last of the VIP..... After those kick I'm out of homebrew.... I have to take it easy on what I have as they are both around 9% so weekday pints can be dangerous...

I'm in the same boat, but now that I have grain, I can get back to brewing again. I really hate catching up.
