I bottled 3 days ago and my daughter found my stash and opened one. I figured hwy not take a pint sample.

Has some carbonation, but no head even when I simplt turned the bottle streight up and down to pour.

the recepie : 4lb light suryp 1 lb amber surp and whole leaf hops(I cant remember the schedule or the type)

I used fresh cleaned and sanitized and rinsed bottles.

I know this is vague but any info will help!

its only been three days, simply put, thats why...it just hasn't had enough time. i've had bottles carb in a week, but not often...and many of those times, the co2 has not had enough time to get into solution, so the carb flies away almost as fast as you can pour it...just give it more time and you should be fine...

Yeah, give that puppy some time. Carbing is very dependent on temp as well.

You'll also get some final conditioning from giving it a few more weeks.
