The SMaSH is great. I've actually pulled a few pints of it, you know, to make sure everything's working properly before raceday....
Cody, no room to carb the stout before raceday, plus, it's a BMC crowd and to them, dark=bitter, so I'm holding off on dark beers.

There's a johnson controller rigged to the back with the probe through the collar. Let's see.... I bought the co2, 5 kegs and the temp controller for $150 off of CL about a year and a half ago. Bought the 4-way co2 distributor from Midwest, the 4 perlicks from rapidswholesale.com. I forgot the prices on them but they were decent. The shanks were $20 a piece. I bought two 8 ft 2X4 of cedar. Assorted hoses and clamps and material for serving. I'm thinking around $500 for everything would be about right. But remember, I used cobra taps for quite a while and slowly pieced this whole thing together so it wasn't all at once.
