I was thinking about making Fred's Oracle Wheat beer for the spring this weekend. What do you think?

I would pitch it onto a Wyeast American Ale II yeast.
I want to get a more citrusy taste in it to. What do you think of adding some centennial?

Cascade would work too. Rather than add an American hops profile what do think about adding actual citrus? A wheat beer is a natural pallette for adding orange, lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, etc.

The decoction doesn't seem to hard, so I might as well. I'm not sure what my efficiency would be if I didn't.
I think i'm going to stick with the Hallertauer and add some citrus.
