I really like my O-fest. I think I've made it 3-4 times now. Its pretty simple weyermann pils/vienna/munich a little under a 1/3 each, a touch of melanoidin and carafa, and wlp833 at 48-50f.

My american wheat. malted wheat, two row, crystal, tad bit of oats, haller at 60 and 30. coopers yeast.

Surprisingly, my Weizenbock. One of my favorate styles to drink, I'm suprised this is my best so far, especially considering all of the belgian styles I brew so often that turn out pretty well.
