I really like my O-fest. I think I've made it 3-4 times now. Its pretty simple weyermann pils/vienna/munich a little under a 1/3 each, a touch of melanoidin and carafa, and wlp833 at 48-50f.

Surprisingly, my Weizenbock. One of my favorate styles to drink, I'm suprised this is my best so far, especially considering all of the belgian styles I brew so often that turn out pretty well.
